2. Platform & Technical Operation

The grandso.ie website and online store are operated using the Shopify e-commerce platform, provided by Shopify International Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland (Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). Shopify processes certain customer data in connection with the operation of this store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

 

Personalised products sold on grandso.ie are fulfilled and shipped by Printful Inc. and its affiliated entities, acting as a third-party production and logistics partner. Grand So retains full responsibility for the products sold to consumers.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on grandso.ie — including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, logos, and product imagery — is the intellectual property of Grand So or is used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content without prior written consent from Grand So is prohibited.

 

Product designs sold by Grand So may incorporate licensed content. Where applicable, use of such content is in accordance with the terms of the relevant licences.
