Email is our primary and preferred method of contact. We do not currently operate a telephone support line.

 

Response Times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays). During busy periods — such as the Christmas season or following a product launch — response times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

 

What to Include in Your Message

To help us resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email where relevant:

       Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

       The email address used to place your order

       A clear description of your query or issue

       For defective or incorrect items: clear photographs showing the problem

 

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

 

Order Issues & Returns

For queries about defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy before getting in touch. Our policy contains full details on how to report an issue and what to expect in terms of remedy.

 

All defective item reports must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order and must include photographs.

 

Order Cancellations

Because all our products are personalised and go into production quickly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us at hello@grandso.ie immediately — ideally within 1 hour of placing your order — and include your order number.

 

Shipping & Delivery Queries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you have not received a dispatch notification, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.

 

EU Online Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. This is a free, impartial service provided by the European Commission for consumers and traders in the EU.
