How does personalisation work?
Enter up to 3 initials in the box on the product page. Use capitals, e.g. C.H or CHM . Your initials will be printed on the left sleeve. Every order is reviewed manually before printing.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an error on our part, email hello@grandso.ie and we'll fix it immediately. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original condition.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery within Ireland and Europe takes a further 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under €36: €7.99 — Orders €36–€65: €9.99 — Orders €65–€100: €11.99 — Orders over €100: Free shipping.
What sizes do you stock?
T-shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Unisex fit, runs true to size. If between sizes, size up.
What are the t-shirts made from?
All Grand So tees are printed on Gildan 5000 — 100% ring-spun cotton, 185g/m². Heavyweight, durable, and seriously comfortable.
Can I change my initials after ordering?
Contact us at hello@grandso.ie as soon as possible. We move quickly to production so we can't guarantee changes once printing has started.
